Some products are damaged/failed/missing, what can I do?
In case of failed/damaged/missing items, you just have to send an email within 7 days from the delivery of the order at email@example.com with pictures, article code, quantities of the products and description of the problems.
In case I am not satisfied with a lot that I have just purchased, can I return it?
If you receive a lot and you are not happy with it, you can decide to return the products. You just have to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, within 7 days from the reception of the goods communicating your intention to make the return of the goods, we will inform our logistics and explain you how to proceed.
How do I return a product?
In case we accept your return request, our customer care will inform you about the return procedure by email and create a credit note in your favor as soon as we receive your products in our warehouse.
